A case of a Mini & a two year old...

Muz is obsessed with Panerai and I too have an obsession...

This cutie is ridiculously overpriced in Malaysia but it is so affordable here. So I am toying with the idea of getting one - just because I can!

Toying with the idea led to us to visit the showroom this afternoon.

Noah was running all over the places and being his usual melodramatic self when we were trying to talk to the salesperson. Muz had to keep one eye if not both eyes on him all the time. Noah ran around with one shoe off, climbed into the Countryman, press the honk... and other embarrassing stuff that he likes to do nowadays. When we said no to something, he threw himself on the floor and fake crying. So, we did what any sensible parents would do.. which was to ignore him. Good thing the sales lady was understanding and kept on laughing at his antics. She said that I was relatively calm when compared to some other mothers. Yes.. I wasn't fretting. It helps when all the sales persons were warm and seems to be understanding. Not once they gave us that look. The look that some of us get when our child is shouting their tonsils out when they don't get what they want during shopping trips. That look usually makes me nervous. But, over there, they just laughed it off and kept on saying Noah is a cutie!

Not sure whether the Mini staff were truly understanding of this phase that Noah going through or they are trying to make a sale with his mother. Yes.. Noah is going through a phase.. he is TWO after all...

Anyway, back to Mini Cooper. Still thinking about it. Definitely will be nice to have one so I can bring back to Malaysia after we are done here. Though we do not really need one at the moment. The money can better be saved on a downpayment of a property. At least property appreciates in value. But... this is an adorable chilli red Mini Cooper!!

If only human can just stop at what is needed and not what they want. Life will be much simpler...
If only money grows on tree on my backyard, then I don't have to try and be sensible too much...
Yup.. If only...
