Enjoyed the show very much especially the music. The acting was superb and singing was amazing. The show is about the tribulation and excitement of teenage years. When adolescence meets adulthood. The years of awkwardness, identity searching and emotion upheaval. The recording is spot on and truely reflect the emotion of the scene. It is ashamed that they are ending the show. Next week is the last week. It didn't really pick up in West End as well as in Broadway. That is why Muz and I decided to watch it before it's too late.
But it is not the kind of movie for faint hearted. Muzzy and I were shocked and embarrassed of one scene. A vivid lovemaking scene where we could clearly see the cheeks and let's just say not those on your faces. Definitely, will never reach Malaysian shore.
However, I have to say that I prefer Wicked. We saw this production on last Tuesday. It is the story of the Witch of the West from the Wizard of Oz, with a twist. The story is suitable for all ages. I wouldn't mind to go and watch it again. Thoroughly enjoyed it every single scene and line.
Below is one of the scene in the play... enjoys!
